One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts.

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account credentials with others

As a buyer on Kunjazon, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Complete payment before order processing
• Inspect products upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours
• Not abuse the return or refund system
• Respect sellers and communicate professionally
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities

As a seller on Kunjazon, you agree to:

• Provide genuine products with accurate descriptions and images
• Maintain accurate stock levels
• Process orders within 24 hours and ship within agreed timelines
• Maintain a minimum rating of 4.5 stars
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items
• Pay applicable commission fees on completed sales

Payment terms for the Kunjazon marketplace:

• Buyers pay at checkout using accepted payment methods
• Seller payouts are processed within 3-7 business days after successful order completion
• Commission fees are deducted from seller payouts automatically
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• All prices are displayed in TZS (Tanzanian Shillings) unless otherwise stated

All content on Kunjazon — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design — is the property of Kunjazon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Kunjazon a license to display them on the platform. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller:

• Parties should first attempt to resolve the dispute through Kunjazon's messaging system
• If unresolved within 48 hours, either party may escalate to Kunjazon support
• Kunjazon reserves the right to mediate and make binding decisions
• Legal disputes are governed by the laws of Tanzania

Kunjazon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
