Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Once your order is approved by our admin team, it moves to processing where items are picked, packed, and prepared for shipping.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (Tanzania), 7-14 days (UAE)
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (Dar es Salaam only)
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days (Tanzania ↔ UAE)
• Pickup: Free pickup from designated Kunjazon hubs

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and notification. You can track your order in real-time by:

• Visiting the Track Order page and entering your tracking number
• Going to My Orders in your profile
• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

We ship internationally between Tanzania and the UAE. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Prohibited and restricted items will not be shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or resend the items at no additional cost.

Free shipping is available on orders over TZS 50,000 within Tanzania. Some sellers may also offer free shipping on their products.

• Selected shipping method
